Prices

All prices are in £ (pounds sterling) per townhouse for 2010/11 for 7 nights. Payment may be made in £ or Euros, to UK or Spanish account.

Special offers may also be available please enquire. It may be possible to book the main villa only.

Rental information

  • Rentals include linen, towels, point of contact, meet and greet hot and cold air conditioning. (Utility bills extra on long stay.)
  • On stays over 10 days there will be a linen change (does not apply to long stays, available at extra charge).
  • Cot and highchair hire available
  • Heating is available at an additional charge. This must be booked in advance.

Booking details

For bookings within 10 weeks of rental period, full payment is required. Otherwise 20% deposit and the remainder 10 weeks before rental period.

A £250 (pounds sterling) or €300 security deposit is required. This will be returned when our local agent has completed their check of the Villa or Casa.
