Kitchen/Utility Rooms

The kitchen is fully fitted with a full-size fridge freezer, hob with oven, dishwasher and washing machine. We have included a kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils. 8 sets of cutlery and crockery are supplied. The utility area is equipped with clothes airier, clothesline and pegs. An iron and ironing board is included. There is a separate W.C. on the ground floor.

Lounge/Dining areas

The dining area has a large extending table and six chairs. To relax in the lounge, there are seagrass armchairs and a 3-seater sofa bed. Entertainment includes a 20-inch TV with DVD player, Satelite TV with English freeview channels and a stereo unit with CD player and radio. A small selection of DVDs and CDs are available. There is also a ceiling fan in the lounge area.

Rear Patio/Sofa beds

The rear patio, overlooking the pool area, has a large six-seater table and comfortable chairs for outside dining. Both houses have a sprung double sofa bed in the lounge.

Terrace/Master bedrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage in its fitted wardrobes and it has a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead onto a large terrace with two sun loungers. Please note beach/pool towels are not supplied. The ensuite bathroom has a shower over the bath, W.C., bidet and washbasin.

Twin bedrooms

The twin bedroom has two single beds, a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room with washbasin and W.C. on this floor.

Terrace/Attic bedrooms

The large open plan attic bedroom has two single beds and an armoire. Patio doors lead onto a shaded terrace with a bistro table and two chairs.

Communal grounds

The townhouses have a gate leading onto the communal gardens and pool area. The swimming pool is usually open mid June to September. The paddle tennis court is open all year and is situated on the adjoining complex. Both townhouses have two underground parking places.
